I am part of the LawCom.Institute because ...

... I truly believe we must take responsibility and remember the words of Gustav Radbruch who said – as plainly as convincingly: "The rule of law is like our daily bread, like the water we drink and the air we breathe. The best thing about democracy: It alone can safeguard the rule of law."

Activity

As one of the founders and instigators, I would very much like to bring on board my professional experience in the hope that many from all sections of society will be inspired by the goals of our Institute. I do this in the hope that our conviction will acquire – sooner rather than later – the strength to not only withstand the current threats but steadily widen the circle of those who together with us will fight passionately for the rule of law and democracy.
